Right now you were in your blissful sleep only to have the curtains open revealing the suns rays on you.
You look up only to see your maid, Maria. She went with you everywhere. She was like your sister to you and you trusted her.
"Ugh Maria why so early ??"
"Lady [Y/N], you slept in today and you've gotten a letter from the Phantomhive Manor."
She went by your bed and placed it next to you. You sat up and took it.
"Dear [Y/N],
The Phantomhive Manor is having a ball for all the noble's and you are invited. Dress formal. It starts at 9 pm.
- Phantomhive Manor"
You read out loud.
"Maria do I have any work to attend to today ?"
"No, nothing today. May I ask why my lady?"
"Okay and yes. I wanted to see if we can go shopping for the ball."
"Okay my lady but do you want breakfast first ?"
"No thank you Maria. Let me get dressed and we can go."
You got dressed and met Maria outside in the carriage.
*Time Skip*
After looking at countless stores one dress finally caught your eye. It was a simple black dress with some red on it.
"Maria do you like this dress ?"
"Yes I do it's nice"
"I do too, but you don't think its too simple ?"
"No my lady. It's perfect"
"Thank you Maria"
You had paid for the dress and left the store.
*Time Skip to later that night*
You had gotten dressed with your hair down and met Maria outside. You got in the carriage and headed for the Phantomhive Manor. Finally you had arrived, you walked up to the door only to be greeted by a tall man with raven black hair probably the Young Earl's butler.
"Why hello Miss [Y/N] I'm Sebastian the Young Earl's butler. It's a honor to have someone beautiful like you come to the manor."
You can feel the heat rising on your cheeks 'Yup I'm blushing', you thought. You looked to find Sebastian smirking.
"Why thank you Sebastian and it's an honor to meet someone as handsome as you."
And with that you walked in with Maria. 'Hmm she's a mystery. I like her' , Sebastian thought. When you walked in Maria pulled you to the side and said,
"You liked him don't you ?"
"I do not!!"
"Of course you don't my lady."
You saw Maria looking around in wonder. Right now Sebastian was staring at you but you didn't see.
"Maria ?"
"Hmm ?" , she asked turning her attention to you.
"You can have the rest of the night off. Go enjoy yourself"
"Are you sure my lady, but you -"
"Maria. Go enjoy yourself, I can handle myself perfectly fine."
She smiled and said, "Thank You my lady!!"
With that she ran off. You smiled only to have someone's hand in front of you.
"May I have this dance ?"
It was Sebastian.
"Why yes."
With that you guys were dancing. The dance finally ended and Sebastian had whispered something in your ear.
"Come with me."
Without letting you respond, he held your hand dragging you to a deserted hall.
"Sebastian what is this about ?"
"I'm sorry Miss but I have to do this."
"Sebastian what are you talking abou-"
Just then you were cut off by a pair of lips. It took you a second to process that Sebastian was kissing you and without hesitation you started to kiss back. He pulled away and looked at you. He went by your neck and licked it, then went to your ear only to whisper,
"That was nice my kitten."
With that he was gone and you walked back to the main room where the ball was at.
"My lady! I was looking all over for you !"
"Oh sorry Maria I got lost uhh looking for the bathroom"
"Ok. Well my lady it's time to go. Did you have a good time?"
"Yeahh I really did."
